How We Work

We work with clients who are seeking new investing opportunities in three main ways, which we have listed below in order of ascending fixed cost:

1) Opportunistic. As we come across transactions that fit your profile, we’ll send them to you. At that time, we’ll also ask you to sign an agreement confirming that you’ll pay us a success fee if you invest in any company we introduce to you.

2) Retained deal search. You pay us a retainer to systematically seek out transactions in a designated industry, geography, size range, and preferred deal structure. The retainer is an advance payment on our success fee, if any, should you invest in one of the companies we introduce to you.

3) Consulting. We analyze your existing deal origination processes; benchmark them against the competition; and work with you to improve those processes. We typically start these engagements with a training, using content similar to the slide presentations posted here.
