Luba Kozlova grew up in Minsk, Belarus.  She moved to the USA in 1997 (at age 17), studied at Drisha for a semester, then started college.  She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001 with a BA in Economics and a Minor in Mathematics.  She then worked for two years at an economic consulting firm, NERA (National Economic Research Associates), which is a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan.   She is now studying for a degree in mathematical finance at Columbia and working in Merrill Lynch risk management.  For more information on Belarus, click here,  here, or here.

David Teten is CEO of Nitron Advisors and Chairman of Teten Recruiting.  The American Management Association will release in Spring 2005 his second book, The Virtual Handshake: Opening Doors and Closing Deals with Online Social Networks.  He grew up in Marin County, California.  One of his grandparents is from Minsk.  His hobbies include public speaking, weightlifting, running, and writing email.  Reflecting the family’s affection for the internet, his mother and father both maintain websites for their respective businesses.
