We know that a registry gift may not seem very personal. Please be assured that we will be grateful for and use frequently any registry gift that you are kind enough to send.
Our gift list is quite limited, mainly because we are very likely to move 1-2 times in the next few years. We want to minimize our material possessions until we know that we will be in one location for an extended period of time. As an alternative, you may wish to contribute to several gift funds, including our “Honeymoon” fund or our “Luba PhD” fund. We have an account with Paypal, which allows you to send a gift with your credit card over the web. Paypal takes 30 cents on any contribution less than $15, and an additional 2.2% on anything over that.
Of course, gifts are completely optional. The best gift we could receive would be for you to join us to share in our wedding day!
